emm...actually I have many questions in my mind regarding this subject.Actually i'm afraid to implement what i have learned in this subject to the school when I be a counselor in the future.It is because I don't have enough confident to implement it.but I must try to overcome it.InsyaALLAH with the experiences and knowledge that I have,I will try to be a good counselor in the future.

SALAM EVERYBODY!!!I want to share to you all some input that I got from Dr.Siraje class.It is about that counseling as a ancilliary in school.It is true and it is happen in some school and happen in my school...When we talk about counseling,everybody in my school thinks counseling is just for students that have many problems..Actually school counseling is comprehensive..it's cover everythings..I don't know who have to be blame for this problem..either the pentadbiran in the school , government, the counselors or the mentality of our citizens..I still confuse..For me government have to play the main role to open the eyes of our citizens..

reflection about the current status of school counseling outcome research :)

assalamualaikum to all of you..em...about the reflections.. i think it is good especially to us,counseling students to give feedback and our opinion about what we understand about the article..em..as a counseling students, I think this article give me a lot of information and at the same time increased my knowledge as a counseling students.Why I said like that?It is because now, I know to be a counselor is not easier like I think before. When I learned this subject, as a counselor we have to follow the school counseling program that already planned.Before this I think all the programs I must finish it and do it alone..Now I know my assumption is wrong :(

What I got from this research are firstly about 'NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND'.When I read about this term,it give me some impact.. I realize as a counselor I have to try to make sure that everybody especially students success in their life...if the students not success in studies,maybe they success in their life like be a good servants ,good son and daughter and many more...hem...good school counseling have to promote it for their students..It is right??..I want to share my experience with you all during when I'm in secondary school.I still remember that my school counseling did not practice it well.What I mean that, they just emphasize to the students that achieved good marks in exam, rich and so on..Why I said like that??Some of the programs that organized by my school counseling, the conditions are if the students want to join the programs they must pay for it...How about the students that come from poor family???Adakah mereka berkemampuan????it is not fair right!!Besides, my school counseling always organize programs like 'hala tuju ke univesiti 'and many more.. that more to students that achieved good grades in exam but for students that weak in studies they just ignore about it because they know their potential that they can't further their studies until to university..I feel very sad..I don't know who have to be blame towards this problems..Maybe the 'PENTADBIRAN' of the school, the counselors or the principle in my school..I don't know..

Besides that I'm really interested about the sentence that emphasize on 'the importance of demonstrating a relationship between school counseling interventions and students academic achievement is especially important.As a students I agree about it..school counseling interventions is very important to make sure that the student successful in their studies..If the school counseling not do their job well, the impacts is their students can be suffer..Counseling is not just about problems but it also good for make the students be a good ummah.

Meanwhile,when I read this article, I got some ideas why counselors have to know about some basic skills in research..It is very important to us as a counselor..It is becoz when we be a counselor we have to conduct some research regarding of counseling.Actually I feel quite afraid because for me to handle research is not easy work..we have to spend our time for it..It is true??But I take it as a challenge in my life...Let say we as a counselor wants to know about the problems that always happen in our school, the good strategy is, we have to conduct small research to know deep about it..It is true guys??When we do some research we Will get some ideas and input what programs that we must organize for our students.In my opinion, to be a good and successful counselor we have to seek knowledge as much as we can ..It is because to be good counselor we have to know about everything..InsyaALLAH it can make us be a greatest counselor in the world..ameen,wassalam

today I want to tell to you all what I have done in DR.Siraje class today..Now I have some input about what is the program that counseling unit should have and what it is about..Like in my previous school SMK Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah,not all counseling program conduct in my school.I don't know why...Maybe you all can share your opinion with me!!.thankz
